We used Blind occasions several years ago for blinds and everything was great, we decided to update to custom shutters this year. We placed the order in October and told to expect 8 plus weeks for install. About 4 weeks later they called and said the shutters are in and set up the install for today. This company is absolutely top notch and when they can get things done early they don't hesitate to get it done. This is so amazing because we never thought they would be in before Thanksgiving. If you need window treatments and don't call them you are making a mistake. Their products and services are the highest quality but the prices are not. Special shout out to Issac for the clean and professional install, he also doesn't mind our dogs which is a plus as well!

Crystal came over to take measurements of my windows and helped me pick out the perfect style shutters! Who would have thought there would be soooo many options!!!! She was very professional and highly knowledgeable! It was the easiest decision I've had to make!

Jason came over and installed the shutters!! He gave me a time frame and was as prompt and professional as you could be.  He was very respectful of my time and called to let me know he was running slightly early!! I am sooooo happy with the installation! He did amazing work and kept everything very tidy!

  Jason was quick to respond to my message, and I was able to easily setup an appointment for a minor repair to my Hunter Douglas Luminette window covering.
He arrived during the designated appointment time, took COVID distancing precautions (wore booties & mask), and my repair was done quickly for the price of the service call.

  Upgrading window treatments in a large home after over 20 years is a major home improvement project. If I could give more than 5 stars for my review of Blind Occasions I would because of their integrity and outstanding service! I researched products and companies online, received a few quotes, and then someone I know told me about her experience with Blind Occasions. The owners, Crystal and Jason, are warm and friendly, and they made the experience incredibly positive. Crystal came over twice before I made my final decision, and both times she never made me feel rushed or pressured. I fell in love with the the Hunter Douglas products, especially the Dual Roller Shades to replace the blinds throughout my home (that's over two dozen windows!). Crystal was so helpful with explaining all of options with colors, fabrics, and the various operating systems. Crystal offered practical recommendations for each room, which proved she and Jason run their business with the best interest of their customers in mind. Without Crystal's expertise input, I would have been overwhelmed and unable to decide what I wanted on my own. After ordering, I received updates from Crystal's assistant, Masami, as to the status of my order because there were delays due to supply issues. Masami was as professional and pleasant as Crystal and Jason when we spoke on the phone. Having a home improvement service in your home for hours can be very stressful, but Jason was incredibly friendly, personable, and professional during the installation process, which took two visits. Both visits were not stressful at all. Jason was meticulous when installing my shades, he made sure connectivity for the motorized ones worked using the app and remote controls, he clearly explained how to use them, and he cleaned everything up thoroughly. I am beyond thrilled with the final outcome of this major home improvement project. It was worth every single dollar spent!

She spent all the time with me I needed to arrive at a choice on which Hunter Douglas panel blinds I wanted.  She was knowledgable about the product and very helpful in that regard.  Crystal dedicates herself to making sure her customers get exactly what they want.   Blind Occasions did the repairs on my shutters after some of the slats were chewed by a dog. For some companies this would be a small repair, but not for Blind Occasions. They treated me with respect and professionalism all the same. The slats were color matched and you cannot even tell there was ever an issue! I am very impressed with the quality and service. I will always bring my blind and shutter business back to them! Highly recommend!!

  I've had almost all of the local window blind and Hunter Douglas reps to my home for decorating ideas and price quotes.  Hands down without a doubt, I would only order with and use Blind Occasions, LLC.  Crystal and her husband Jason run the business!  They are amazing, we ordered blinds for our 5,300 sq ft home and they were wonderful!  
Not only did Crystal spend HOURS with us to help choose design and color but the ordering process was extremely easy and fluid.  Jason has an eye for detail and does an amazing job installing to perfection!  He goes above and beyond.  The customer service exceeds expectations and they stand by their work and product!  Don't bother calling anyone else or wasting time with other reps and vendors, best prices, best products and best customer service!

  I have been working with Crystal on a new home that needs window coverings.  She has been amazing.  She answers all my calls and questions without hesitation.  I called her to schedule and appointment and she was prompt to respond and on time for our appointment.  She answered all my questions with a lot of patience!  Overall, this was such an easy process that I recommended her to my daughter for her window coverings.  I have not yet received my order as it takes a few weeks, but I am sure it will be wonderful!
